DATING MISTAKES ❗❗❗❗❗

 Hello,

Have you ever wondered why the dates you go on do not proceed past the first date? Have you ever wondered or thought to your self why hasn't he/she called me for a second date? Have you ever felt a connection with a person yet the person doesnt want to move to the next step? Look inwards and perhaps you may have been making a few mistakes. 

First impressions matter alot to some people,whether we like it or not. We should learn how to comport ourselves on dates. It may be a casual date or a  business meeting. 

I will list a few mistakes below and in time,more will be added to the list. They are;

• Holding back your personality 

If you are an extrovert,do not pretend to be an introvert. Be who you are at all times. Everybody has their preferences. You shouldnt change yourself because you want to please another human being. Of course i am not saying you should be a chatter box and a loud person but you can comport yourself in a way the beauty of your personality,shines through. 

• Finding excuses not to call or text your dates. 

Courtesy demands you appreciate your date after the date. When a person takes you on a date, you should call and appreciate the person who did by calling or texting. Do not allow the person think you are ungrateful and uncourteous. I usually tell people that appreciation is an application for more. So when you call to appreciate,the person may invite you for another date and may even be looking forward to it. 

• Being too glamorous. 

Nowadays, men do not like women who look too glamorous. Although I dont agree with this,but it's the truth. Going on a date,dripping with diamonds isnt too cool, you may make your date uncomfortable and he may not look forward to another date. Alot of Men do not like high maintenance women.  Always remember,less is more. The same goes with men. Women do not like over dressed men. Being overdressed doesnt tell you are rich. Logically, when you are overdressed, you will look too rich and the women may start demanding for expensive things that you may not afford. 

• Being too available.

This is mostly for women. Please find yourself a job or something doing. Your value will be reduced if you are always available. You should have a life or an interest. 

• Dating multiple people at a time. 

This is a major turn off for most people. Everyday, you are seen with a different person on dates. Men do this very often and it makes them seem unserious. Even when women do it, it makes them appear too cheap. 

These are a few but very common mistakes people make. We should avoid such to keep your respect and dignity intact and also to proceed to another level.
